01Suitability
Is Full-Arch Implant Treatment Right for You?
All-on-4 may be considered for people who have lost most or all teeth in one arch, have severely failing teeth, or struggle with removable dentures. It is not automatically suitable for everyone. Bone condition, gum health, general health, smoking, medication and treatment expectations must be assessed by a dentist.

- You currently use a removable denture and are looking for a fixed option
- You can attend the required treatment and follow-up visits
- You understand that long-term hygiene and maintenance are essential
Additional assessment may be required if
- You smoke or use nicotine products

- You take blood thinners or medicines affecting bone metabolism
- You have active gum disease, severe bone loss or a history of implant complications

02The Treatment
What Does All-on-4 Mean?
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant treatment concept in which a fixed bridge is supported by four strategically positioned dental implants. For patients who meet the clinical criteria and achieve adequate implant stability, a fixed temporary bridge may be fitted during the first treatment stage. After the implants have healed, the final bridge is produced and fitted during a later visit.

Your implant plan is prepared after clinical examination and 3D imaging and reviewed with you before treatment is approved. At the first visit (about 3–4 days), implants are placed and, if clinical conditions allow, a fixed temporary bridge is fitted. After healing, the final bridge is fitted at a second visit (about 5–6 days).

03Your Treatment Journey
From assessment to fixed teeth: 5 steps
Remote clinical review
Send clear dental photos, relevant medical information and any recent panoramic X-ray or CBCT scan. The clinical team prepares a preliminary assessment and estimated treatment outline.
In-person examination and 3D imaging
Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and bite, reviews your medical history and completes the necessary imaging. The final treatment plan, materials, timetable and itemised cost are confirmed before treatment begins.
First visit: surgery and temporary teeth
Any planned extractions and implant placement are completed. If clinical conditions and implant stability allow, a fixed temporary bridge may be fitted. The expected stay is about 3–4 days.
Healing and remote follow-up
Healing is monitored by the clinic and, where necessary, in coordination with your local dentist. Timing varies by patient. Oral hygiene and follow-up instructions must be followed carefully.
Second visit: final restoration
After the healing phase, the fit, bite and aesthetics are checked and the final bridge is fitted. The expected stay is about 5–6 days.
Immediate temporary teeth are not guaranteed. The treatment sequence and timing may change according to bone quality, implant stability, healing and additional procedures.

Important Information Before You Decide
Dental implant surgery has potential risks and requires long-term maintenance. Possible complications may include infection, delayed healing, implant failure, loosening or wear of prosthetic components, gum or bone changes and the need for repair or replacement. Smoking, some medical conditions and poor oral hygiene may increase risk. Your dentist will explain the benefits, alternatives and individual risks before you consent to treatment.
Maintenance
Full-arch bridges require daily cleaning, professional maintenance and regular examinations. Warranty conditions should state the required follow-up schedule and hygiene responsibilities.
Alternatives
Depending on your condition, alternatives may include conventional implants, implant-retained removable dentures, fixed bridges, removable dentures or delaying treatment. Your dentist will discuss appropriate options.

Good to know
Is All-on-4 completed in one visit?
The treatment is normally planned in stages. Suitable patients may receive a fixed temporary bridge during the first visit. The final restoration is fitted after the healing phase during a later visit. Timing depends on clinical findings and implant stability.
Will it hurt?
The procedure is normally performed under local anaesthesia. Sedation may be available following medical assessment. Temporary discomfort, swelling or sensitivity can occur after surgery and varies from patient to patient. Your dentist will explain pain management and aftercare before treatment.
Am I guaranteed fixed temporary teeth on the first visit?
No. Immediate loading is only possible when the clinical criteria are met and adequate implant stability is achieved. Your dentist will explain the alternative temporary option if immediate loading is not suitable.
Is the displayed price for one arch or both arches?
Your written quotation will specify whether treatment is for the upper arch, lower arch or both, together with the implant system, restoration material and included services.
What is included in the price?
Your written quotation lists the examination and imaging, clinical procedures, materials, hotel nights, transfers and interpreting included in your plan. Flights and services not listed in the quotation are not included.
Could I need bone grafting?
Some patients may require additional procedures, while others may not. This can only be determined after examination and 3D imaging. Any recommended additional procedure and cost will be explained before treatment.
What happens between the first and second visits?
You will follow the clinic's hygiene, diet and medication instructions and attend the agreed follow-up checks. Contact the clinic promptly if you experience a problem. The final restoration is planned after the healing phase.
How long do full-arch implant teeth last?
Longevity varies and depends on implant integration, general health, smoking, oral hygiene, bite forces, maintenance and the restoration material. Regular professional checks and maintenance are essential.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty coverage differs for implants, prosthetic components and the final bridge. The written warranty lists the covered items, duration, exclusions and required maintenance. A warranty does not guarantee that complications cannot occur.
Who is not a suitable candidate?
Suitability is individual. Uncontrolled medical conditions, active infection, poor oral hygiene, heavy smoking, certain medications or insufficient bone may affect the plan or require additional care. Only a clinician can determine suitability.
What if I have a problem after returning home?
You receive written aftercare instructions and a contact point for coordination. Your plan states how remote check-ups are arranged and which follow-up costs are or are not covered. Contact the clinic promptly if you have a problem.
I don't speak Turkish — will communication be a problem?
No. Our patient coordinators serve in 4 languages: English, Russian, Arabic and German. Your interpreter is with you at every appointment.
